  Report on-board Sea Otter 2

  SEA-OTTER 2 just misses out on top spot by ounces in the Whitby Sea-Anglers £1000 Winter Uptiding Festival .
  
  Sea-Otter 2 just missed out on the top spot by just a few ounces but smashed the top 10 cod placing with a 2nd 3rd ,4th,5th,9th and 10th heaviest plus the winner of Any other Species ,lady's, and Juniors sections another excellent festival for the lads and lasses on Sea-Otter 2.
  
  Here is the man who just missed top spot with 9lb 2 0z cod not so bad he still gets £200 plus his daily prize as well happy days .
