Jan and start of feb 15
Plenty about big rays and better size cod and codling about now best they have been all year well worth a look the winds have put a stop to most trips through jan and the start of feb but hopefully it has calm down a bit now last trip we saw roker to 14lb and plenty decent size codling in the 3-5lb range take advantge and get involved while they are here in huge numbers don't leave it too late until they have gone if cod is what you want now is the time to go

Still plenty of thornback rays about all sizes inshore and off shore some good numbers and size whiting showing as well. The codling are still in good numbers inshore and offshore every trip diffrent now had 70+ over the weekend not bad for a small tide. The first bigger cod are showing further off now had a few last trip over just over 6lb and the dogfish have slowed down also now thank god lol see my web www.dawntidecharterfishing.co.uk for regular reports picture and dates still some space over xmas for those who like to escape the xmas madness. Some excellent numbers of codling about around 80 to 100 a trip they are around 1 to 3lb not monsters but good sport. The bigger cod are slowly showing up further off as the water temp drops . Some very good numbers of rays showing some good mixed bags to be had lots whiting and dog fish too the rods are very busy well worth going see my web www.dawntidecharterfishing.co.uk for regular dates reports and pictures calendar gets busy this time of year book in advance to avoid disappointment

Tones of thornback rays about at the moment september is the month for the bigger bass if bass is what you want i have some spaces left on some of the last bass trips of the year this month the ofd cod are showing up now so looking good for winter cod dates october to january are filling fast so get a date while you can
