Wednesday 22nd May 2019 bit lumpy with a southeast wind managed to head out north to a mark which generally is kind to us. Biggest bass of the evening fell to Paul Layton pictured here along with some decent smoothounds, some really good whiting too along with the ever present spotty dogs being their usual pain. All good sport though, had couple thornbacks when evening fell, i did expect more than that but had a reasonable session all round to be honest. Good banter most enjoyable , thanks to all the lads look forward to next one. Cheers Jon (High Flyer 2)

A busy few days with a variety of trips.Had 2 days species competition fishing with the Welsh team v the Army team, pleny of different species caught which included Personal Bests for Peter Gardner 15Ib Undulate Ray who was the top angler on the Saturday with the highest points total,Medwyn Jones landed his Personal Best Thornback Ray weighing 14Ib 8oz(pictured).
The flatty trips produced Turbot Brill and Plaice with Roy Bailey landing his Personal Best Plaice weighing 3Ib 8oz . The Wrecks produced Pollack,Cod and Bass.

Another good day for Skipper Dick certainly put the boys on the fish. And winning fish of the month so far is Les with a 17lb hound which was released as full of pups found a few more better skate today.

Out today a good set of anglers on board, Tony Barrett, Dave Wilson and Tony's son in law fishing for the first time all three landing good bags of fish also on board Graham Foster and his son who also fished very well, old timers Ian Kellock, Dave Guest and Mark Kanarski they had a good days fishing as well, we still have spaces available for Saturday and Sunday and right through the week if you fancy a go call Sea Urchin on 07855439380.
