uptide trip out yesterday 5 anglers onboard all caught a nice fry biggest going 5lb caught by matt coomber .boat totalled around 35cod .got pestered by seal the last 2hours just followed us everywhere .got a trip for Thursday 7th and Saturday 9th[ weather permitting] spaces are still available on both days .

Out on the cod again yesterday a very nippy old day but the fish were biting the best lad ended with up with 14 fish and returned some as wr another good day on Sea-Otter 2 spaces tomorrow and Wednesday if you want to get in on the cod call me on 07748705695 .

The London boys 2nd trip on Wednesday this week went really well with nigh on perfect conditions for working offshore.
We decided to have a run to the 20 mile and try some bits out there. After the severe weather we had last weekend I was honestly wondering whether the water was going to be clear enough and maybe we should have stayed inshore and uptided. When we pulled up and 4 out of the 5 rods went straight in we had our answer! Fish falling to both the bait and artificials.
The lads picked away nicely until home time and ended up with another good show of cod. Again, no big fish showing with best only nudging 5 lbs. 5 very happy lads though at the end of the day!

Yesterday I promised the lads some good cod fishing they weren’t disappointed Dave Barham from sea angler was onboard with Jim and roger the lad had some great sport nothing massive but plenty of fish all in great day very cold morning but turned out lovely a full feature in next months magazine.

Our team from the South East, around the London area, joined us for the first of their 3 day block bookings on Tuesday this week.
Bernie, Roy, Joe, Rev & Mark decided to have a their first day working inshore with some uptiding. To be fair it was a good shout as the offshore breeze was still a bit fresh for working the offshore marks.
The lads worked their socks off all day and were rewarded for their efforts. Plenty of codlings for the table. Nothing big boated but with fish to just shy of 5 lbs, a good days sport.
We also had a good number of dog fish too which were quite nice to see for a change.
The lads are pictured inset with some of their catch.
