What started as a wet and thundery morning turned into a great days fishing yesterday.
South East Anglers regulars were intent on bream fishing....but with a small tide it was decided to hedge our bets on some different ground with a chance of just about everything.
The morning didn't disappoint with Undulates up to 15lb, smoothound to a good size and a few other bits and bobs.
A move was required in the afternoon and finally some good bream were landed along with some nice thornback rays.
A good day all in all so thanks to the lads for an entertaining day on the water.

A great first week of June onboard Becca-Marie. We`ve been hitting the Wrecks in search of Cod,Pollock and Ling. Despite the Breezy weather we managed to get amongst the Cod on our Midweek Individual 8hr Trip, many falling to white and orange lures.
The Weekend 10hr Trips we ventured south into deeper water to target Ling. We managed to net 15 while losing a few larger specimens aswell as some fine Summer Pollock and Coalfish.... Certainly a great start to the month as we look forward to more midweek trips and our first trip to the Channel islands this year...... View Boats Page

What a great days fishing with some lovely Bass best going 7lb to Andrew with 6 Bass in total today some big Smutts as well and a few other fish fish to make a good mixed bag of fish.

A great day out with John, found plenty of fish on a couple of wrecks south of Whitby, Jim Foster landed this fine early summer ling of 15lb we also had cod to 9lb and a couple of bonus pollock.

On Wednesday the 4 th of June we had a group of army lads out they had an excellent day as soon as we arrived at the fishing grounds they started catching 4 cod every drift and throughout the day we were hitting cod 2 at a time at the end of the day between the group they caught a gorilla tub full of fillets thanks for a good day out respect to our armed forces .
