fished on lees boat weekend 25th may 26th may fantastic trip for me and lads got plenty of cod up2 12lb also a few macerel showing both deck hands david and geoff very helpful. just booking more trips with this boat for rest of year well done lads and thanks again nigel and lads

Sunday may 27, today start 7 oclock 8 anglers 5 new to boat fishing which showed in the catch, Again thuo some good cod in at 8lb, ling to 8lb, pollock 6lb, around 30 fish taken today the best fallen to a 15 year old lad called scott with an 8lb cod,

What a lovely mooring for Jimmy and his mates with plenty of worm bait we ran out to one of our favorate marks it was a bit slow at the start with a 2.1mt tide this was expected then things started to move with some prime cod being landed 11 in total the biggest 9lb, the bass were putting in a show as well 12 today but we put 6 back to get a bit bigger if they can avoid the tramel and set nets that the longshore boys use well done see you all soon,Bp.

Bit of ground swell when we left the moorings today but the forcast gave decreasing we droped in on wpt 38 with a n/easterly sea coming at us it was a bit rolly but the bass put in a show after 20mins stayed on the same spot all day with fish coming in steady 11 bass in total and 2 nice cod with a few spottys to finish the day for Colin and his mates from Bury,hope you can send the pictures see you all soon, Brian/Paul.

headed out on a lovely sunny morning with 5 crew on board tried a couple of marks first producing a few spotties and smoothies, second produced 3 cod to 7lb, 1 bass @ 2.75lb a dab and several spotties and smoothies a good day had by all View Boats Page

fishing sunday was steady with good numbers of cod coming aboard with a few nice pollack as well,was in alderney for four days in the week plenty of cod,pollack,ling and the odd bass on the wrecks on first and last days ,fishing the banks south of the island on tues and weds 74 turbot and brill coming to the landing net returning all fish under 5to 6lb the lads still went home very happy

Gary Hurling and 5 of his mates joined us today from Boston in Lincolnshire.
We started on a couple of inshore wrecks without much success as the breeze was from a NW direction. Pushing the boat along at over 2 knots it was far too fast! We worked a strip of ground next and found half a dozen small codling.
Far too slow (fish wise) so we pushed out to a wreck some 21 miles East of Whitby, by which time the tide had eased and so had the breeze. Bingo! A lovely 3 hours sport for the cod and ling. Nothing of any real size, the best cod going around 8lb and the best ling to around 9lb. Finishing off on another inshore wreck in the afternoon we managed another dozen or so cod to 7lb.
A great day out with great company. Cheers lads and we'll see you on your next trip.

MAY 2012 - The offshore wrecking is producing some good catches of Cod,Pollack and some Ling.Pictured is happy Kevin Jenkins with the 14Ib Cod he caught on a sidewinder lure which was just one of the many nice fish caught on the good days wrecking enjoyed by him and the rest of his crew.
