This report is for these three dates 10/11/12/03/2012, Saturday was a lovely day its a shame about the fishing it was very poor with only one 6lb cod caught and a few whiting we had a look outside on the 9 mile area but it was barran so we went south and came back inside to find a few fish sorry boys dont let it put you off its the time of the year when the fish are moving around,Sunday was much the same with a few whiting and one 4lb cod we had a good look around all our favorate marks but it was the same old story, the weather was great it made up for the lack of fish it wont last long these fish are going to be hungry after spawning look out when they return,Monday i made a decision to go to a mark that has been good to us in the past and it did not let me down we had 5 cod on the boat between 5lb and 9lb it was a shame that the boys from Lynn didnot catch but that is fishing, see you all again soon Brian/paul.

    Report on-board Sea Otter 2

Well with some of the biggist tides this last weekend and with the weather being allmost like mid july i decided to give the uptiding a bash for the last time this winter it was a 5.9 tide a monster so the wrecking was only going to be hard work and even though it wasnt hectic the lads managed some really quality fish the best just an ounce or two under 10lb was the biggist on the day a bonny fish to say the least all in all the lads who were from the west coast manged quite a few fish between 4-7lb not a bad stamp.
Its wrecking from tommorow so lets hope and i have sneaky feeling we are in for some good fun.

This lad got the biggist just under 10lb

    Report on-board Flamer IV

MARCH 2012 - The offshore wrecking has proved to be consistant on recent trips with good catches of pollack and occassional ling. All fish being caught on lures with the rhubarb and custard sidewinder accounting for most fish although other lures such as red gills and other coloured sidewinders have had their moments.Pictured is Peter Gillett alias " SHREK" holding up one of the pollack he caught and wearing his new Shrek hat given to him for his birthday by me the skipper.Peter was using 15Ib class tackle with a flying collar rig and a sidewinder lure.

    Report on-board Wild Frontier 2

    Many pollack on the wrecks,
Wildfrontier has been wrecking the last couple of days, a nice crowd of anglers and some good weather, a good time was had by all. First part of the day we had a easing tide so we were armed with live sandeels that i had managed to trawl a couple of days prior to the trip, we were straight into double figure fish ,the eels continued to produce all threw the slack water. When the tide turned and picked up strength the red gills and sidewinders seemed to start catching better than the eels.
