    Report on-board Amino

Saturdays trip with Bill, Jay, Mark and Rick produced ten Codling to 4lb with a few Whiting although these have thinned out now. Fishing was a little slower than in recent weeks although listening to the radio it seemed that it was pretty slow along the stretch of coast.

Todays trip with Cliff and co produced ten Codling to 4lb, a few Whiting and a first and personal best 12lb Thornback for Michael Cunningham! Well done chaps, you did well to stick with it in the tough conditions!

    Report on-board Duke IV

The fishing just gets better here at Ramsgate with plenty of Skate to keep the rods busy. The Cod fishing could be better but we are getting the odd one here & there.
Plenty of Whiting and of course doggies still around.
We are still getting the odd Bass to lug bait, maybe this mild winter is keeping the water temps up high enough.
Rudy & Martins groups have today had a good haul of Skate along with plenty of Whiting, doggies and a Codling!
Still dates available on Duke IV Feb/March so book now to avoid disappointment!
Space available for next Sunday for individuals or small groups!
    Tight lines Bob

A fine days Skate fishing today on Duke IV with fish over the magical 10lbs! These fish are in peak condition and fight all the way to the net. Plenty of Whiting to make up the bag.
Matt from Devon landed the best Skate of 10lbs 4oz that took his lug/squid cocktail, a bait meant for the Cod but hey, these fish use the tide and pull all the way to the net!
Some weekend dates left Feb/March so checkout my website & come on down!
    Tight lines Bob!

Once again with a decent forcast it was chances to out uptiding the lads were keen as mustard we had all the baits onboard you could think of squid, mussel ,cart fresh yellowtails you name we had but the biggist fish fell to squid and worm but cart certainly did damage again most of the fish were over 5lb the best over 8lb but quite a few between 6-7lb all in all it wasnt thick and fast the morning on the ebb was little slow but come afternoon on the flood the fish came on with lovelly sized cod and we were only 400yds on saltwick nab .
The best lad on board had 10 codling betwenn 5-7lb not bad uptiding and great sport on light gear.

    Report on-board High Flyer 2

Big thanks to the lads today who braved a constant north westerly 30 plus mile an hour all day! Boat spent most of its time at anchor sideways! Had to hide under Corton Cliffs again along with the other charters. Cauight few decent size whiting most of the shoals thinning out now. Codling to four pounds today not in the numbers today unlike the start of the week but i suppose thats fishing. Thanks to Matty for his first boat trip and being his 22nd birthday too! Also Steve seasoned angler with catch of a poor cod which unfortunately we didnt photo could have added another species to our list! Well done to Jeff and Andy for sticking the day out lets pray for a break in the weather. Cheers lads see you all soon. Jon.
