Managed to get out this weekend and managed around 20 to 30 cod each day and the odd small ling
We also managed our first mackerel of the season albiet one string of four but it's a sign

Well good day on the ground with the spring run of cod 5 anglers taking around 70 fish biggest 4 half lb and John getting 3 wrasse �� of the belt good lads and good laff as always inbox for spaces cheers Lee

Left the Tyne around 5pm and the weather was that nice it was straight to the wrecks, picking a few fish on each wreck but very slow all things considering so we had the last hour of our evening trip on the ground, again a few picked up but very quiet. Each angler had fish which was nice and the biggest fell to crewman Tony, a cod of around 5lb.......all in all a cracking night just a shame the fish didn't play catch!!

Fishing is starting to pick up here on Trio lll with some nice fish been caught mostly on squid baits and a few on shads

sat 27th april
managed a day out weather still a little crappy and water dirty, however we did manage around 35 fish for the day with the best topping 10.5lbs best angler on the day darren
taken 15 for himself
most to squid baited daylites etc but a few falling to shads. all in all a enjoyable day fishing
signs of improving fishing. places this wed and coming bank holiday sunday dstill available
