Sunday 22nd July, Good day out we fished the ground first taken around 70 codlings the has we hit the inshore wrecks ling were catching up to 10lb then a cracking cod to 17 half lb taken by Angler George Winter, on hokies baited with Mackerel,

Good tides and brilliant conditions met us on our last min Friday evening trip and with only 3 lads we sailed and hit the iron. Cracking night with plenty cod and few small ling set us up for what could be a good weekend of fishing. It didn't let us down sat saw us out and a good run of fish early morning with it slacking of a little mid afternoon good stamp of fish and around 65 keepers for the day biggest going to John charlton 10.5lb ling and Brian Warren with a cod around 6.5lb.
So Sunday again optimistic hit the wrecks with total opposite than sat slow start with a steady afternoon. Biggest fish was a 16.5lb ling for David baker and cod to 7lb taken off the ground. Around 40 keepers. View Boats Page

fishing still good some lovely cod and ling coming off the wrecks most in the 5-6lbs cods with a fair few double figures fish as well.
first time wreck fishing brian lintott . its always the beginners , hauls in this lovely 21.5lbs ling

Saturday 14th July, Due to the big tides today and a 10hr trip ahead of us I thought I fish the rough ground and chose one spot close right inshore in 5mts of water, It pay off has one angler lander a cracking 10lb cod, We moved around a bit staying with in 5mts still with codlings to 3lb been caught, Before trying a few wrecks at slack tide then heading back to the ground for rest of day,
