Has a great day with Lee the skipper of the Kelsey Leigh. He tries hard to ensure his clients are on the fish from the word go.
He is one of the most enthusiastic skippers I have met, and he passes that on the his clients .His personality is what makes the days trip very enjoyable, I would recommend a day out on the Kelsey Leigh to anyone want to try Sea Fishing he will cater for beginners to experienced anglers. fri 23rd
decided to squeeze a day out today before the coming bad weather, really pleased we did, what a excellent day, especially for February, decided to push a good way off.
and it paid off from the first drop fish straight on, and picked up fish every drift. loads of nice fish 5-6lbs stamp. with Michael breaking his personal best with a lovely cod of 10.5lbs
and regular tony picking up a nice ling tipping the scales at over 13lbs 7 anglers taking over 100 fish

Saturday 17th February, We had a 6hr uptide trip today fishing was little slow until the tide started to run and bought the codling on, A lot of under size were catching which were returned alive, before a few decent fish starting to show around 4lb, Baits today cart, black lug, mussle and squid,

Had cancelled trip Sunday 18 February but still went out with 1 angler hit the ground and had a good stamp of cod round 8 lb mark jamie keeping 16 keepers to his self and lot coddling returned back

another very canny days fishing weather was a lot kinder as well today . we took around 70 fish most in the5-6 lbs bracket
a few fish over 7lbs best anglers taking 12 to 14 fish each. all cod, with a few ling and odd Pollack.

Good finish to what was expected to be good fishing. Both sat and Sunday we took over 40 keepers with Sunday seeing the better stamp fish and a total of 48 keepers between the 4 lads. We have 2 spaces available for in the morning leaving marina at 7.30am for 8 hrs at anchor.
