A hard day's fishing to get through the whiting and dogfish but the yellows paid dividends with 2 small bass and a very hectic funny day with the lads from Rochester who are welcome back any time. Been a great week onboard skerry, plenty of different species onboard, Thornbacks bass hounds whiting pout dabs dogs and a cracking gurnard, I do have spaces available this Saturday, but be quick as they fill fast, remember we are a full-time charterboat and operate every day,

Very good trip today with our Belgium friends who hadn't caught skate before so we battled through the N W wind and started fishing. Very slow at times but we ground out a few better fish biggest skate just topping 10lb then the whiting kicked in with 4 being the best drop then a hound at last knocking by Kestas who comes with us regularly . Malck it will be your turn next time!

As the cold now sets in and the water temperature drops we will now be targeting our winter species fish out of ramsgate. As the herring shoals move in, we have our last chance at any large bass migrating through and the start of any Codling moving in. The more common fish like the large channel whiting we get out of ramsgate, are now in very good numbers followed by the large thornback-rays easily reaching 15lb & over. By-catch commonly caught out of ramsgate will be Dabs,Pouting,Dog-Fish,Small Eels,Whiting and Rockling.
As a winter special individual spaces will be £35 and whole boat 8 hour trips will be £250 with a maximum of 10 people. Both included rod hire, tackle, bait and Tuition. For bookings please call 07949960222 & we Look forward to seeing you onboard. View Boats Page

Great fishing off Ramsgate with lots of good size Whiting with plenty of Skate to double figures, Bass and the last of the Smoothound, also the best time for a Cod. We have good bait available and plenty of dates for groups or individuals. A beautiful sunny day as well today so come on give me a call on 07715050851 and let's go fishing.

After another prolonged period of bad weather we have managed to get out a few times with varied results over the rough ground plenty of small congers to 15lb along with the odd nice bullhuss & Pollack & bass , inside the solent some good catches of Whiting have started to appear up to about 2lb along with a few odd codling. Lets Hope the weather will calm down & we start to see a few more cod , bigger Congers & whiting showing on the banks by the nab Tower

Testing conditions at times today but still good banter and food with some good fish at times when there was enough tide which didn't last for long. Just blowing a gale and water spout just missed us Taking bookings and still got 3 places for this Sunday 27th October weather is looking good we will be trying to find a elusive unicorn as weather is looking good.
