Report on-board Ocean Warrior 3
The Pollock fishing off Brighton on the deep water wrecks has been providing some great sport recently. The Pollock numbers are increasing now that we have had some good weather to get out on those deep water wrecks.
Tabish and his crew had a good day out Pollock fishing off Brighton aboard Ocean Warrior 3. Tabish’s biggest Pollock of the day was 14lb. During their day out Pollock fishing off Brighton they caught 41 good sized Pollock and 1 Cod. They caught these fish by using sidewinder lures while drifting over a World War I shipwreck off the Sussex coast.
Ocean Warrior 3 is based in the port of Newhaven, which is the next port along from Brighton. We regularly go Pollock fishing off Brighton and along the Sussex coast. Newhaven Marina offers free parking along with a cafe/bakery, convenience shop and a tackle shop for all your fishing requirements within easy walking distance of the boat.
If you are looking around for a trip Pollock fishing off Brighton or even a ground fishing trip inshore then give David a call on 07966 377145, or, check out our website at www.oceanwarrior3.com for more information.View Boats Page

Another great day today, we took the Boat fishing monthly editor an photographer out along with a couple of local anglers.
Plenty of Thornback again, along with the dreaded dogfish, whiting, codling and the first smoothound of the year.
We only need a bass now to complete all the summer species, and it is only early April.
It should only get better.View Boats Page

Report on-board Yellowfin
With two different weather reports for Saturday 5th April, we made the right choice and went of in to the distance
in search of Cod and Pollack, the Cod have been very elusive this season on the wrecks, only some small ones
caught on bait while ground fishing.
So it was down to the Pollack to give some sport and they did, Big bob from London, on his first fishing trip
caught a 14lb Pollack, said he enjoyed catching his fish but would be his last, he was feeling sick for the rest
of the day .
Another Bob on his Birthday trip caught five Pollack, a 14lb 6oz Pollack, the best of the day.
Thanks to Bob, Bob, Bob, Mark Paul, John and Peter.View Boats Page

Report on-board Ocean Warrior 3
This week has produced some big Pollock out on the deep water wrecks in the English Channel.
John 'Chalky' White's crew had a good day on the Pollock and the biggest on the day was 16lb 4oz. The crew found that the sidewinder lures seemed to be producing the best results.
There are also Plaice and Whiting still showing on the inshore marks.
Looking forward to some better weather coming to get in some more good fishing in...View Boats Page

Report on-board Yellowfin
With the day light lasting longer so have our long distance wreck fishing trips,
over 30 miles out in the English Channel where the wrecks get fished less, a
Fine body of men from Heart's and Essex was on their first wreck trip on
Yellowfin,
The first Wreck of the day only gave us one Pollack so of over the horizon
we went. The next wreck was fishing much better, wind and tide pushing
us along at 1.5 knots over the wreck, the group started catching some nice
Pollack, on a mixture of lures Rhubarb & Custard colures worked the best,
Paul Crittell and son Steven had a fish fight, Farther beat son 6 fish to 1.
Best Fish of the day was caught by Paul, 13lb 8oz
All on boat had a good day, as you can see from the group picture. Thanks
Peter, Trevor, Steve, Paul, Dixie, Martin, Steve, Derek & Digger.
If you want to fish long distant wrecks with fish on them give us call & book
a trip on Yellowfin.
All the bestView Boats Page

Report on-board Ocean Warrior 3
This month has been good sport with plenty of big Pollock on the deep water wrecks. There have been many double figured Pollock caught on the sidewinder lures which seem to have been working the best.
This week Ocean Warrior 3 had its biggest ever Coalfish, caught by Tabish Aiman. It was a cracking 16lb and these fish are hard fighting and was a well enjoyed catch by Tabish.
We are looking forward to getting back out to the deep wrecks offshore for some more good fishing.View Boats Page
