After a week of strong winds, the herring shoals have finally been dispersed allowing us a better chance to hook those larger fish feeding on them. The skate are well and truly inshore with an average of 10 a trip with our best just under 15lb. Even the whiting are starting to thin out, producing more good sized dabs and Bass with the tide. With Skies like these we can't wait to rush to see what the horizon looks like for Fishing!!!
We went wrecking and it is picking up with some good catches onboard, unfortunately in all t he excitement we forgot to take pictures. We got a few good pictures of leaving the harbour tho.
Don't forget we can go further out to sea to catch those big catches!

January fishing is fully in swing, with plenty of large whiting,Dabs,Bass and skate kicking about. This January has been quite mild and to our surprise there’s still a good amount of bass coming up. Within the next month hopefully we should see some early smooth-hounds pushing inshore, along with the start of the large bass we get out of ramsgate. From the start of April we will be providing live prawn and fresh peeler crab to really target those large hounds and bass we get at the start of our season. For now the fishing is still very active with plenty of fish being caught each trip, as time goes on, the fishing should only get better and better. At £40 a head or £250 whole for whole boat, why not give us a message or call and book a day with us? Hopefully see you onboard����

Plenty of nice fish still coming off the Goodwins. Good size thornbacks, bass, dabs and chance spurdogs. Inshore fishing is now quiet as the fresh water seems to of pushed the better fish offshore with the sw winds. January/February will be targeting early bass, hounds, cod, spurdogs, 8 miles off around the spit bouy.
