Jon had his work work cut out looking for the elusive fish ,started on the outer banks then a couple of moves in shore ,as always plenty of tea / coffee and banter to fill the time . ended the day with two nice smooth hounds ,mackerel, whiting, dab and sand eel (not forgetting the starfish ) enjoyed the day ,will be booking again soon . Cheers Jon, good skipper.
Skippers Reponse: Thanks len,we earned our fish today! Nice to see so many sandeels there hope they attract the bass!

With near perfect conditions when we left, we picked up mackerel on way out then it got wet!! No rain forecast for yarmouth but we got it all the same. The fish were hard come by and eventually we started heading inshore, we moved several times before finally coming in to some sport. The previous weeks easterlies had done for us, but Jon kept on the move to get us in to some fish. Thekind of day you wouldn't want the diesel bill for! Cheers Jon, tea, biccies and banter up to your usual standards. See ya again soon, hopefully with better weather next time though
Skippers Reponse: think I got webbed feet now steve! thank god for inshore smoothies enjoyed the day. Thanks mate.

Great day on the high flyer. unfortunately the Tope were not there, we certainly checked every possible location finding the prey species and having all the right baits out. ended the day on some inshore marks which wewre very productive. I ended up catching 5 species - Mackrel. sand eel, Red Gurnard, Flounder, Starry Smooth-Hound and Dog fish. Great company, great skipper, plenty of tea and banter. looking forward to the next trip.
Skippers Reponse: Tope hiding up today Paul think they were on holiday! Nice to see the gurnards, ended up ok. Thanks for the day. Jon.

Unlike the weather for May the atmosphere on board the High Flyer was calm as a Bass of 6lb was landed, three more taken during the day. Smooth hound ,whiting and Dabs also being taken, tea coffee, biscuits and good banter made for another good day out on the High Flyer, thanks Jon..
Skippers Reponse: Thanks Len, some nice fish today, weather bit naughty at times, enjoyable day though. See you soon. Jon.
