    Kestrel warrior fishing trips

So we are now starting to see some plaice. After fishing Newhaven for 3 years. It's a bit of a shock to the system to be back at Eastbourne. But I know it will pay to fish in the better location.
So today saw my regular individuals aboard to go plaice fishing. I'm a bit disappointed in the size of plaice but it's early in the season and plenty of time to catch more . So all the fish were caught on ebbing tide and fell to the usual suspects worm on Spoon's. We managed 30 fish. So not the best of trips but it's a start. Along with a rouge thornback that shocked me. A bit of a different method at Eastbourne. I usually fish for them on the drift but this mark fishes better at anchor. ⚓ Don't ask me why but it just dose. Most fish fell to baits being twitched back towards the boat. That had been cast uptide then left to roll to the back of the boat before being slowly twitched back.

Next booking available is the 26th of February for plaice
