Report on-board Optimist
A cracking day afloat with eight guys from various Police Sea Angling Clubs. Six hours just off Rhoose saw 14 Blonde Rays in the boat, to around 15 pound, a Cod, Conger, Spotted Ray, four Whiting, four Pout and of course loads of Lesser Spotted Dogs.
Some 18-19 boats took part in the contest, the lads on the Optimist did really well!
