    Report on-board Supanova II

    Summer...................... What Summer!!!!!!!!!!

Cancelled trips have ruled the diary of late unfortunately, with the last two days a world apart!

yesterday saw Weymouth well and truly drowned and today basked in sunshine. Crazy eh!!!!!

Down to the fishing....... the inshore fishing has been growing from strength to strength with Plaice fishing continuing to prove astonishing. Many many fish have been landed over 4lb and most days feature fish between 5-6lb. Where else can you experience Plaice fishing like it?!

The shambles continues to produce decent turbot and increasing numbers of Brill, bream numbers begin to improve at anchor along with Gurnards, Undulate Rays, conger, huss and decent Tope to 50lb+.

Cod have proved an added bonus on inshore trips on the ledges around Portland!

The wreck fishing seems to be tailing off slightly now but there are still some decent Cod and Pollack to be had.

The next month see's the olympic sailing events descend on Weymouth but the fishing for many will continue as normal.

Yet again thanks to all for continued support to the Weymouth fleet.
