    Report on-board Shy-Torque III

    Today we had Charlie Woof, Rich and Nathan on board for our second sharking trip of 2013.

    We sailed at 6.0a.m and headed for the horizon where all the action was last week!

    The chum was over the side by 9.0a.m and at 10.a.m we had our first run of the day which sadly slipped the hook. The next run took place at around 11.a.m and it too slipped the hook!! My god what was happening???
    The fish weren't hitting the baits as they normally do but instead were toying with them, chewing them, letting them go and coming back at the boat with them!! They were acting very strange to say the least.

    After slack water at 1.0p.m we had yet another run which Charlie managed to hook in to properly
    ( thank god!! )

    A couple of short runs and the fish was visibly within minutes of the hook up. A small Pobeagle coming in at a shade over 60lbs. Not quite the monsters we had last week but Charlie was over the moon as it was his first ever North Sea shark...............a bigger one next trip mate!!

    Another enjoyable days fishing on the boat with some top lads.
