    Report on-board Outrider 2

    Saturday 10th August. Sailed at 9am and had drifts on 2 marks only 15 minutes away.
    Plenty of live eel supplied by Mick and 24 bass came to the net, best hitting 5lb 2oz.
    Moved to Puffin Island and anchored by The Perch picking up Ballan to 4lb on crab bait with the odd cod and big mackerel on the live eel.
    Westerly made things a bit difficult but Mick McKenna delivered the goods as usual.
    Pictured is my lad Sean Griffiths with the best silver of 5lb 2oz.
    If you want bass then The Outrider is the place to go.
