    Report on-board Channel Warrior

    26/3/14 We headed out to the wrecks today and found I did not need to go too far to find the pollack (half hour from the harbour).All good sized fish the biggest of 8lb caught by Barrie from Cheltenham. The small dark coloured plastic eels did the business.The reef fishing was poor producing a heap of dogs and the same for the plaice but that should change in the next few weeks.There is some good pollack fishing here now, the water temp is well up this year, compared with previous years and my gut feeling is we are in for a good season.
