    Report on-board Mistress

    The fishing remains steady here at Whitby as it has done all winter. Sorry this report is a bit late in còming for last weekend. We were busy all weekend from friday through to sunday.

    Each day averaged 50/60 codlings to keep with 20-30 chuckbacks too so the rods were nodding away steady all the time.

    Best baits remain unwashed squid and black lug.

    As long as the weather stays settled we will be starting to venture out to wrecks in the next week or so. I have a mini break booked in so charters will resume from Tuesday 27th Feb.
