    Report on-board Shy-Torque III

    26.03.18.

    Tried a couple of inshore marks to start the day just in case things had changed for the better, but sadly the water was still very cloudy. A couple of drifts for nothing and straight away the lads were all agreeing that the move to our "old faithful" bit of ground offshore was in order.

    We set off and arrived at the grounds around 9.0 am and again were straight in to the fish. Nothing in double figures on the day but enough for everyone's table.

    Father and son team and first time on the sea, Simon & Dan ended up with around 10 fish between them. The best codling of the day going to Rick (Dolf) from Hull at 8 lb.

    The water certainly clearing nicely out on the more distant ground marks with a good few fish falling to the artificials.
