Been getting some very nice double figure cod on the inshore wrecks over the last week we have quite a few plus yesterday we had a ling topping 16 lb big tides the next few days the pollock fishing will explode next week as the tides drop the cod and Ling fishing should once again come alive .
Here is a shot of very nice cod a personal best for this lad . -

Being getting some nice lings in the £5000 summer festival Sea-Otter 2 is in 2nd and 3rd place over all upto press can we nail the top prize it's still all to play for here is a picture of one the 15 lb lings we have had in the festival caught on mackerel .

The cod here at Whitby has taken off and some real quality fish have been coming aboard jon holder got his personal best cod on a shad with a cod 15lb 8 oz plus on the same trip he had around a dozen more water now clear and shad fishing is on fire .

The cod fishing has been good of late clear water is making all the difference good weather forcast so hopefully we should smash it on the lures .

Shads smashed it today on Sea-Otter 2 the cod were jumping aboard the Algie bloom is history now clear water makes a Hugh difference with the fishing a couple of spaces left for Tommorow don't miss out excellent forcast and good fishing give me a bell on 07748605695 .

At last the water is clearing the Algie bloom is on its way out Saturday we had some very nice fish on the shads and this coming week thd cod fishing should explode on the shads a few spaces this week should great sport if you want to get amount the cod ring now on 07748705695 .

Another very nice day on Sea-Otter 2 today plenty of cod and ling around 80 fish on the boat shads once again smashing it a couple spots left for Tommorow,

A belting day at sea yesterday small tide little wind and the shads were on fire and fished well the lads massed around 70 codlings and with the water clearing it should start to fish very well indeed .
