Fishing has been a bit up and down just latterly with the tides ruleing the trend but you do get a good trips with the odd big fish coming in like Thursday 4th july we put the herring nets in and got some fresh bait and ran off a bit but it was a bit lumpy so came back inside for 2hrs then tried out side again it was much better at least we could stand up plenty of spottys and hounds showing with a couple of small bass and 3 rooker on the back end of the flood as the tide started to ebb I had a cracking bite with the rod shaking it had to be a big hound or a big bass it was a big bass 10lb4oz what a cracking fish that is a pb for me it came on a side of herring,
