Some decent sized hounds showing onboard. Well over a dozen yesterday up to 9lb. All falling to crab bait's (supplied onboard) Plenty of thornbacks on the Goodwin's. Should be a few more cod showing now the temperature is dropping, also thornbacks on the Goodwin's with the big females nudging well over 15lb, plenty of other species to keep the rods moving with channel whiting plump dabs smoothhounds pouting whiting and strap conger on the wrecks, most trips at mo producing 40-50 fish a rod, so there's some bumper months ahead, remember all equipment baits supplied and hot pies for lunch,

We decided to take a days fishing on the Skerry-belle Phil(me) Terry Simon and Lyndon
Best decision ever
The most amazing fishing trip ever with skipper Roger and deck hands Paul and Ian such knowledgeable guides and great company we were looked after all day and experienced a once in a lifetime days fishing . While Ian and Paul set up the rods Roger navigated his boat straight to the fish and got us in amongst Bass immediately , first fish safely on the boat within 2minutes a 6 lbs Bass fantastic but only the start I caught a personal best a massive 10 lbs specimen Bass Terry another PB an 8lbs plus Simon and Lyndon both caught their PB’s Bass over 6 lbs . Roger keeping us in fish all day by reading the signs and moving to new locations with everyone catching constantly.
Thank you so much Roger Paul and Ian for working so hard and giving us a day we will all never forget .
