To bring us up to date extremely hard report for me i sadly wish to inform everybody i lost my gorgeous girl Hayley to cancer March 4th 2020 after her 5 month battle life very tough without her as you can imagine. We shared 14 wonderful years together life is not fair sometimes but she would want me to carry on regardless. Big thank you to Martin Bishop for keeping the trips going last year and up to this virus, i hope between us to be continuing fishing as soon as we get clearance officially which seems to be very shortly although be it with some restrictions. Will be making more calls tomorrow and keep you informed on here. Looking forward to getting out hopefully have a good summer and try get back to a normal life. Many thanks. Jon (High Flyer 2)

Bringing us up to date Feb 12th 2020 been battered by all these storms managed to get out today having lost previous weekend. Caught few bass lately all returned of course due to legislation best 5.5lb picture here with Paul Layton regular on High flyer 2 , odd codling showing up not in numbers were still waiting ! Amazingly the thornbacks are a steady trickle they havent left really all winter like they normally do good for us. Still got whiting stripping the baits at times grateful for them so wont complain. Caught first couple spotty dogs inshore which are early for us not normally till end march just shows how things are changing. website up to date daily get your wrecking or tope dates down will advise as to tides . Look forward to seeing you on High Flyer 2 soon until then tight lines everyone. Cheers Jon

Big thanks to everyone who supported us in 2019 as a full time charter vessel looking forward to 2020 even though our fishing has been hard at times with the lack of cod this winter here in Norfolk we are very much grateful to all our regulars who keep us going putting up with the whiting plague least its kept us busy! Looking ahead before we know it spring will be upon us i have the same problem every year with people leaving dates they want to last minute it doesnt work like that, get your date down on those week tides for wrecking or our deep water tope trips i will advise on best days around the period you want. Also dont forget weekends always go first if your planning a holiday and you know the dates get logged in saves disappointment. Corporate days are fully tax deductible why not team build your employees on a days fishing or for those self employed please ask us for receipts so you can claim. All bait tackle refreshments included all you have to do is turn up , onboard deck toilet on boat bookings you can choose your sailing times as well. Look forward to being of service in 2020 any questions please ask until then tight lines everyone and happy new year to you all. Cheers Jon (High Flyer 2)
