    Report on-board Supanova II

    Hi All,

At the time of writing the weather is pretty pants! after all what do you expect for June these days!

Fishing of late has been hectic, with plenty of Cod to 20lb+ on the wrecks with a few Pollack and odd ling and Bass giving a bit of variety.

Inshore fishing continues to impress with Cod to 22lb, Plaice to 6lb and double figure Turbot keeping everyone on their toes when out and about.

Bream numbers are beginning to thin on the marks to the east but another month should see them feeding up on the Portland Marks. Bass fishing locally seems to be making a start with the commercial boats reporting good catches so it may mean we are in for an early start on them fingers crossed.

Hope Weymouth continues to offer you anglers the sport you deserve and thanks once again for supporting the port.

    tight lines,

    Lyle
