Report on-board Incentive
The fishing over all today was pretty good for the time of year. 1st spot was slow with just a few fish landed but a short move and it was as many whiting as you want. Not all big fish but plenty to take home. And this lovely bar of silver in the middle of them all!

We made a move down the coast and as I told the guys the amount of fish would probably drop but they should be better quality. And that's pretty much what happened. Still plenty of whiting but a better size and some decent dabs. -

2019 was a very good year on the wrecks off Amlwch with loads of Pollack and Coalfish and Cod caught when weather allows us to get to the right wrecks. many into double figures. The inshore fishing just off Amlwch for Tope and Spurdogs has been very good with very large Tope over 60lbs caught (see 2019 catch photos). Check with me for future dates and extremely competitive prices .Coronavirus still stopping trips will advise you when things change.KEEP an eye on lockdown as soon as lifted so we can go back out to wrecks should be full of fish but travelling to Wales still Restricted at present time cheers Roy

Another week completed on the river mersey, that rounds up November for us.

The season is in full swing now with some lovely fish coming to the boat and a good number of 2-5lb fish for the table.
Best of the week went to Welsh international John Traynor, a fine cod of 8.2lb.
We did struggle on 2 days where we had 40+mph winds but we did manage to put a few cod on the deck along with an abundance of quality whitings, best going 2lb.4oz.
Friday and Saturday we had the EFSA England boys up for a 3 boat Cod competition with 20 anglers keen to win the coveted EFSA Gold pin.
Over the 2 days we tried different tactics fishing 5 marks around the river in deep and shallow water, this helped us boat 64 Cod to 8.2lb! Enough to take Top Boat award and help anglers to win overall 1st/2nd/3rd and longest fish, can't grumble at that
So far it is shaping up to be a brilliant season on the cod, out of 7 days, 5 days went over 27 Cod to the boat -

Struggling to get the anglers out at the moment but we did manage one trip this last week. Plenty of good size Whiting plus the odd Mackerel still. Huss to 12lb, and
some Dabs, codling and Dogs. The reefs produced some nice Pollock to 4 1/2LB and some cracking wrasse.
Cheers
Pat
