What a wonderful morning we had exploring Plymouth Sound (and a bit further afield) and swimming off the boat, in the lovely company of Andy and Trish. Highlights were seeing dolphins, and swimming off Drake's Island and in beautiful gullies at Pier Cellars near Kingsand/Cawsand. Andy and Trish provided us with hot drinks and snacks, and at all times explained procedures on the boat clearly and with good humour. We all felt completely safe and had a magical time.

My friends treated me to a day on Andy and Trish's boat for my 60th Birthday. We are a group of 9 cold water swimmers who just wanted the chance to have a couple of swims in good placed in Plymouth Sound. We had such a good time! Andy and Trish were so organised and had obviously put a lot of thought into our swimming and boat safety. Andy had even bought a new ladder to put on the back of the boat for us. Her gave very clear instructions about the direction of tides and how to summon the boat back if we were in trouble. I felt completely safe with him and Trish in charge. Added to the wonderful swimming, we saw dolphins close up to the boat which was just wonderful. Hot tea and coffee were provided and Andy and Trish were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend a day/half day on Patricia Rose to anybody wanting a great time and wanting to feel safe.

A great day out on Patricia Rose with Skipper Andy. The whole day from the booking process onwards was straightforward and very professional. Andy has the ability to deal with all levels of fishing capability in a respectful, knowledgable and friendly way. As an occasional angler, his guidance on local practices and tackle was particularly useful to me and always delivered in a friendly and motivating way. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Patrica Rose to people interested in fishing at all levels.

Had a great days fishing today aboard the Patricia Rose. The boat is well equipped and spacious with good facilities. The skipper Andy was knowledgeable, professional and a great help to the less experienced anglers on the trip and he was able to put us on great marks allowing all of us to come away with fish. We had a fantastic experience going fishing with Andy on Patricia Rose. As we are beginners, he was so helpful explaining to us about the techniques, the fish, the bait and guiding us along the entire time. Andy is certainly a great skipper and a fantastic host and we’ll be returning for more fishing trips soon. I highly recommend him and his services to anyone, experienced or less experienced!
