  Most enjoyable 2 days fishing
  Didn’t catch as much as we’d have like but that’s fishing
  Skipper Steve did not stop trying to find fish
  Was very friendly and knowledgable
  Asked what we’d like to catch and done his utmost to
  Find the fish.
  Great boat plenty of room , plenty of ice for what we did catch
  Definitely will be planning a return trip

  7 of us went out with Steve, really nice bloke, was a good laugh, really knowledgeable, got us exactly where the banks and wrecks(and fish!) were.
  He made sure the novices knew what was going on and we were all looked after (we booked the whole boat so we weren't messing anyones fishing trip up.
  Definitely going to book him again, can't wait!!
  Good on you Steve, personally my best days fishing this year

  Amazing day , first time bank fishing . The skipper Steve is an amazing individual with lots of experience and disciplined gentleman . Felt very safe on boat as it’s huge and very stable . Caught 4 turbot First time . U need to be quick to get a date on this boat as always booked up

  Thanks Steve, Great days fishing. The boat was excellent and we had plenty of room. Steve worked hard all day to put us on the fish, Brigand is my No1 choice for a days fishing in Brighton.

  I normally do Lure fishing with Brighton Inshore fishing but fancied doing some turbot fishing and Robin Howard recommended Steve who owns and runs Brigand. Due to the weather not playing ball Turbot got cancelled and ended up doing offshore wreck fishing, to tell you the truth I was a bit apprehensive as I have never done this type of fishing but Steve communicated with me throughout from my booking to advising on gear and what not to get. On the day Steve and fellow anglers made sure I had right rigs and if I did’nt have I was given rigs. Steve works hard to put you on the fish ,watching him work shows his passion because he Grafts . I throughly enjoyed myself and will be booking again with Brigand Brighton Charters. Thank you for a wonderful Experience

We've had the best sailing experience ever so far! and regardless how many and what kind of fish we caught - we all felt very well looked after throughout the day and had noted your hard work of trying to locate the fish. Excellent service and support during fishing session, unforgettable sailing thrill in a rough weather conditions on a way back. Your skills are undeniably the world's top class.   What a brilliant skipper, a great day out with my mates. We caught what we wanted TURBOT & BRILL, as soon as the bait hits the bottom, fish on! I have caught my first whooper 7lb turbot and 6lb brill. We can't recommend him enough! Thank you Steve

  12 of us had a blinding day out with steve and nick 9 adults well bigger kids and 3 young kids one of them was 11 and had never fished before has had a massive smile on his face since all thank to steve who worked with him patiently to get him on the fish unlike his dad who only caught a starfish lol. Thanks once again steve n nick the freezers are full of mackerel bream skate gurnard

  There are some good boats and some very good skippers in Brighton I have used most of them over the past ten years but Steve and the new Cat Proteus are really raising the standard! Out yesterday and what was looking like a days scratching about turned into a day to remember! 30 plus Pollack all a good size and all down to Steves desire to put you on the fish. Well done Steve yet again! Some Brighton skippers say the wrecking ain't worth the bother any more I suggest they try a little harder!!!!

  Excellent days fishing Caught two great Pollock one just over 10lb and minutes later another Pollock of 13lb, both Jay and I had a great day would definitely recommend, Steve the skipper knows his stuff to get you on the fish and is very knowledgeable and a great guy as are his crewmen,may go out again in June/July time and Steve will be the first I call to book with maybe for Turbot/Plaice, thanks again Steve great day with you.   First trip out on the Brigand, Superb Boat, Excellent Skipper and a great days fishing. Set out for Turbot and Brill and landed exactly that, with a few other species caught for good measure. Steve's rods & reels are high quality and his knowledge of the marks are exceptional. Can wait to get out again soon

  Fantastic fishing with Steve, very professional set up.we had a huge mixed bag of 16 species, nice turbot and bass Steve has good tackle onboard Abu reels Penn rods and good terminal tackle to inspire the thinking angler.all in all a great boat and great skipper I will be back.

  For my first ever time out at sea also sea fishing the skipper made me feel at ease and explained everything I needed to do to guarantee a fish of some forms. can't thank Steve enough for the amazing experience and will definitely booking him again when I visit brighton

  This was the first time I went out with Steve today, I had a brilliant day fishing with him. The skipper was friendly and punctual. Even though he's a new in Brighton, he's a top bloke, I'll definitely use him again, Can't recommend him enough!

  What a day's fishing skipper said we will get some bait a few minutes later we catching strings of mackerel then we went looking for my favourite fish black bream it was fantastic on light gear magic loads of bream then we tried for place some lovely fish while we were steaming we enjoyed coffee all free I loved the days fishing and the price well I couldn't believe it real friendly skipper I booked another day straight away also I hope to be on one of the trips to the channel islands with a few of my mates thanks Steve great day
