First time out with Wave Dancer on last Saturday the 3rd of June. It certainly won't be the last either great boat, great crew, and lots of space even though the boat was fully booked! Nothing was too much trouble for Chris or Karl who even steamed out all the way to Rhyl in search of the better fish for no extra charge!! All in all great day and great Chili for lunch. I will be back again soon. Highly recomended. Thanks again Josh

An excellent last minute decision for four of us to go fishing off the coast of Liverpool/Rhyl. We'd normally fish out of Whitby so this was a nice excursion to the west side to see what the fishing was like. The boat is very good, she motored out at easily 13 knots (I have my GPS recording and it was reading 15+ mph) so that gets you to the fishing and allows you to go a bit further a field i.e. Rhyl. Ten on the boat felt a little crowded but as most were experienced at fishing, you did not notice, apart from a few line snags but you expect those.

In terms of our fishing catch; lot's of Dog Fish, Mantas, the odd Tope , Whiteing, Gurnard and an 15lb Conga Eel. Would have been nice to have taken more fish home (we took home four whiteing) but did not fancy filleting dog fish!

The crew - top notch, best I have had to date. Great banter, tea/coffee facilities, homemade chilli - what's not like?

We were out on the water from around 8am until 8pm so it is long day (when you factor in the harbour traffic control) but all-in-all an excellent day's fishing with a very capable, friendly and knowledgeable skipper and crew. Highly recommend.

Cracking day out on Wave Dancer. Fished the back of the Burbo Bank Wind Farm. Dog fish city there! Then had a session in the Rock Channel. Load of tope pups, starry smooths & lesser spotted doggies and a few whiting. Finished the 8 hour trip with an hour at a good ray mark in the river. I don’t know how many fish we landed but we all caught plenty thanks to Chris being prepared to move around. Only the four of us on the boat but it didn’t make any difference to Chris. He was still prepared to burn fuel to find our preferred species. Nice weather and good company. Always a good day with Chris & Wave Dancer. Looking forward to my next trip in July.

What a fantastic day!!! It was a whole Family experience with John (grandad) cheering us all on! We enjoyed the trip so much we have booked again for August and we have been inundated with more family and friends asking if they can come with us. Chris and Karl were absolutely excellent throughout and made us all feel really welcome. Top class service - well done fellas and we'll see you soon!!

Fantastic start to stag weekend. Chris was the best - got involved with all the lads (many who hadn't even picked up a rod before), taught them how to bait up and get it out there and everyone caught a few - apart from Connor - who caught a crab (but we don't like him anyway). He sorted out all the birds nests and even gave a couple of the lads a lift home. Outstanding all round! We'll be definitely back for the cod next time. Thanks again pal ;)

One of the best day I’ve ever had on the Mersey non stop tip bouncing lost count how many fish we had! Thanks to Chris and Karl for putting us on fish.if your thinking of booking a fishing charter get on wave dancer sound lads with lots of laughs you won’t be disappointed.

Second time out on the wave dancer and it gets better each time. Worth the extra money as proof is in the pudding because today i caught my first shark 1 of the 8 different species of fish we caught today. Chris and the crewe are extremelly friendly and helpful and really know what there doing. I will be boarding this vessle again in the not to distant future. I travel from stoke and its a shame i dont live closer because chris would definately being seeing alot more of me if i did. Thanks again Wave Dancer ill see you soon.

Out today at 04.15. Only 3 anglers turned up but despite this Karl & Chris still took us out for a full 8 hour session. No other skipper would have done that, at least not without asking for a whip round to make good the loss that they must have had. Maybe its because they are both keen anglers but anyway its why Wave Dancer is my favourite boat. So we had loads of space, brilliant calm sunny weather and a good variety of fish. We caught loads of rays, doggies, dabs and a few whiting (which are still scrawny). Best of all for me was my first smooth hound. A really nice day and looking forward to my nest trip early June.
Thanks again gents, you’re great company and even your singing is just about bearable.
