10,april 2014. Great day wrecking,just missed out on a daily festival prize with my 9lb+ cod by a few ounces.but still managed a total bag weight in excess of 50lb,with pauls advice on shad choice as the water clarity was getting clearer.allso on board a group of novice polish lads who all caught thanks to pauls tuition and intimate local knowledge of the best areas to fish. First time out on Sea Otter 2 and certainly wont be the last, travelled up from Norfolk and had a great day, fishing was great and had some decent cod and ling on board. Paul and Dave worked tirelessly to ensure we all had a great day. Looking forward to seeing you again All the best Steve & Ian

My mate les and myself had a great day as usual on the sea otter paul put us on some good fish ling galore only a few cod .I fished at the back near john who we fished with before he hooked a monster like paul said i watched it take and the rod went double he got it up a fair bit then twang it was gone it had snaped 120lb trace line on the second big dive . He told me he fished on the friday and had landed two biggens 1 18lb other 16lb and it felt a lot bigger we where all gutted .We had about 25 ourselfs and the other lads all had good box full i'll have to get my fish cook book for some new ideas how to cook it can't wait for next trip thanks again to paul and dave for a great day

An unforgetable day on Sea otter11.july 18 2013.With a personal best ling of 17lb caught on mackerel fillet recommended by skipper paul whos knowledge and expertise is second to none. If you want to catch fish on a whitby charter boat skipper/crew are highly recommended. Thanks for a day to remember,Paul /dave. Mac.

Out on the otter on sunday 2nd june was the best trip this year for us we had 13 nice codling ourself about fifty or so on the boat nice to see summer is on its way looking forward to next trip in a couple of weeks thanks paul and dave a good day out steve and les
