This is the second time out on the Oceanic. and it was yet. another great day out. My thanks to Derek and John for there expert advice and friendly banter and will certainly be back. I would recommened this trip to any one. either an old hand at fishing or a complete novice. You wont be dissapointed. Thanks again for a great day. Colin.

Have sailed with this boat many times before have not blanked yet having said that some one else always catches more that's fishing the , top skipper can't believe that some can call him best trip I have ever had go Derek

I was very disappointed with my trip on this boat as the skipper insisted on the same drift 12 times resulting in 2 cod between 10 anglers. A good skipper would move around to find fish for his paying customers, I got the impression Derek was more interested in catching mackerel to sell back at the harbour to make himself more money.

Skippers Reponse: Dave 2 cod between 10 anglers i dont think so and i dont sell the mackerel that are left on board sorry you were disapointed.

Fantastic days fishing. Derek always tries to keep you on the fish and it worked a treat. The boat is excellent. 10 of us fishing and plenty of room. Both he and the deck hand were were happy to help with anything. Highly recommended. Booking again soon!
