weekend of May 25/26th 2019 nothing fantastic tons of spotty dogs and whiting mainly small smoothounds odd decent one thrown in. Few thornbacks not feeding great in the weak tides sport should improve as tides build. Big thanks to everyone especially Rugby lad 88 year old Nick Carter still hauling them in! Appreciate you driving the long distance. Regulars on sunday kept inshore in the strong wind fish all day just nothing to shout about many thanks guys. Recent wrecking trips have produced Pollack,Cod,Bass and Ling which were caught on variety of Red Gill lures with the pink ones catching the majority of the Cod and Pollack and the blue and white ones working best for the Bass. Ian Youngs had a good trip catching numerous Cod along with a Pollack or two, Ian is pictured with an 8Ib 8oz Pollack.

Another swilly day today with some fresh northerly winds. So we had to travel north off our usual fishing grounds for comfort.
Made fishing challenging at times. But the anglers still managed to find a good amount of fish in a short space of time.
Caught today where plenty of dogfish, codling upto 4lb, coalfish and wrasse. View Boats Page

Well another FANTASTIC weekend on Sagittarius with best results 12 miles from Eyemouth,local inshore stuff had its ups & downs with no drift at times making it hard to find the fish,sidewinders seemed great with baites doing fair ,we also had Nigel from the Edinburgh Evening News out Sunday morning & he loved his morning out .

A CRACKING START WITH A FEW DOUBLE SHOTS OF COD COMING OVER THE GUNNELLS WITH COD TO 6LBS. IT WAS STEADY AWAY MOST OF THE DAY EVEN THOUGH THE WIND INCREASED
