Report on-board Mistress Linda / San Gina3
Fishing has been top notch the last few days with plenty of Plaice, Bream, Tope an£ Rays but today’s trip had a more sober feel to it where we said goodbye to one of my anglers and spread his ashes at sea, Mike had been a loyal customer and good friend over the years but sadly passed away his son, family and friends arranged the day in respect for their dad and had a fun days fishing and as we steamed home Mike jnr raised a glass toasted his dad Mike with his favourite tipple as we said goodbye to a real nice guy. RIP my friend and we will raise a glass this time next year.

A nice run to the “Wall” yesterday.

Perfect conditions for a cruise and the fishing was pretty good too!
The lads fished steadily for around 3 hours until the cross tide breeze spoilt things.
Around 60 lovely cod and ling boated up to 11lb.
The bait doing the best again.
Cracking day and great company.
Cheers
Rich

Report on-board Shy-Torque III
If I said the fishing yesterday was easy I’d be lying!
View Boats Page
A big lift in the tide hampering our efforts somewhat.
We scratched around on the inshore marks, ground and a few wrecks and ended up with around 25 fish for the day.
A mixture of cod and ling as always, falling to the squid rigs and an odd one taking the shad.
Regular on the boat Pete Tamms taking the best bag with 8 fish himself.
Cheers
Rich

Report on-board Sea Urchin IIl
Finally got a day back out at sea, after a five day lay off. The fishing wasn’t particularly easy today, but I had a group of experienced anglers on board who exploited the conditions.

We fished the inshore wrecks all day, which seemed to be most productive for the first couple of drifts, then quietened off, so we had to keep on the move. We did manage to pick off some good quality fish, with “Uncle Alan” landing a 9lb Cod and Don “Wang” with a brace of Ling at 8 & 9lb respectively.
We also found some Mackerel on a couple of the wrecks and the fresh bait accounted for the Ling, but the biggest Cod fell to Squid.
A very enjoyable day spent in good company.UPCOMING INDIVIDUAL SPACES ONBOARD Sea Urchin IIl

Fishing Report by Steve West
on Aries 3 (Weymouth, Dorset)
Jun 2021 by Steve West
Report on-board Aries 3
Our first few days fishing since starting up our business have proven to be very productive with some cracking inshore fishing on the local banks and reefs. The Friday proved to be tricky with the weather but we managed to fish a reef which produced some nice tope / congers / rays a great effort by Graeme and his team sticking it out on a very wet day. Saturday proved to be the complete opposite with the weather giving us flat calm conditions allowing us to head to the banks off Portland bill where we had a great day fishing for blonde rays and turbot. Biggest ray going 15lb 4oz and best turbot of 6lb 2oz great effort by Derbs and Jord. Finally Sunday we had a shorter 4 hr trip which produced some congers and rays providing great sport from a local wreck all in all a great weekend.
