another excellent days fishing with again almost none stop fishing, with a nice stamp of both cod and ling coming aboard
with both ling and cod into double figures. darren again having well over 40 odd fish himself
best baits prawns and squid

What a glorious day out today. T-Shirt weather in Whitby for the lads aboard Sea Urchin. After yesterday’s results, we stayed on the inshore wrecks again. The first wreck of the morning threw quality, Codling and a handful of Ling out, with everyone getting off the mark. The water clarity has continued to improve and as predicted, a number of fish fell to shads, but big baits still dominated.
Capture of the day must go to Jeff Turner, for his first Wolf Fish, which was a good sized fish and only our second one of the year. A stop off at a wreck on the way home, provide us with a flurry of fish to end what was a thoroughly enjoyable day out. Let’s hope things continue in the same vein and the weather holds. Great half term week with the youngsters catching some fantastic fish. The grown ups have been doing OK too with Donna on holiday from Norfolk landing the best Hound and Skate with plenty of Hounds, Skate and Bass for all parties. Yesterday's trip with kids onboard was plagued with rain but it didn't stop them with a constant stream of Doggies and Hounds coming aboard. Well done everyone for putting in the effort to make sure we catch plenty. Top angling. ����
