Report on-board SWN Y MOR
Hi out today with llanberis lads toms party weather good enough to anchor 5 miles out. Large whiting dogs and large Huss . Then a large shoal of spurdogs moved in. Some anglers having three at once on baited feathers although not the jumbo ones some up to 8 lbs they provided good sport. Inshore wrecks bit quite probably due to masses of spurdogs odd pollack to 5lbs. Huss to 14 lbs. whiting to 1/12 lbs. cheers Roy take. Advantage of cheap winter fishing on the aqua star

Report on-board Mistress
First day back at it after a very relaxing family holiday, It was also the 1st day of our Mistress festive sweepstake here at Whitby
View Boats Page
Conditions weren't the best to be honest but we got a morning in, in testing conditions with the wind being over the tide it took a while for the boat to lay properly at anchor,
The fishing was good though, Mistress regular, Gary Price has set a good bag weight in the sweepstake at 40lb 5oz with 15 fish, and we were back in just after lunch, Gary fished very well indeed!.
Rob Gillings got the heaviest fish in the sweep so far at 5lb 4oz, Im sure this will be smashed though as we had fish upto 7lb on the boat.
There's a lot of fish on the inshore grounds this year, so if you fancy a crack at our sweepstake give me a bell on 07977 436903, e-mail: seafishingwhitby@hotmail.co.uk or drop me a message on my Facebook page - Mistress Sea Angling Charters

Fishing Report by TERRY BATT
on Vanishing Point-2 (Bradwell Marina, Essex)

Report on-board Vanishing Point-2
Well yesterday (Saturday 7th Nov) was challenging to say the least...! when we left Bradwell at 0800 we had about 40 minutes of a dying if not dead 5.0 metre tide, so we took a slow ride down to the mouth of the river Blackwater, and breaking cover from the Dengie Peninsular, and started to feel the full force of the 26 mph Southerly wind that was relentless, but we dropped the anchor to see how we were going to lay, and of course we lay to wind, so not to bad,.....
View Boats Page
The boys started to fish, and to be honest it was quite comfortable and quite warm 18 degrees..!!, and within 10 minutes the first Thornback was netted.then another , then another..... once again it was like a spring Roker trip, I think our glob trotting Ron (Florida Ron...lol) would have been proud. well after 3 hours of the ebb done and the Southerly wind had now picked up to a max of 47 mph we were beam on by now, and although a little roly, even on our big cat, wasn't too bad, but we had 6 decent Thornback Rays, some big Whiting, doggies, and some lovely Dabs, but no Cod, so we decided to up stumps and head back inside the river.
Stuart Belbin on Razorbill out of West Mersea came down to where we were Roker fishing, and I told him on the radio we were getting some nice Skate, and he dropped in behind us, but he was only there for about 30 minutes, then he went back to join Scott his son on Galloper, in the river, but we were still catching so we stayed for a while longer, but for once the forecast was right..!! and the wind did pick up all the time until it maxed out to 47 mph on my wind monitor, so that's when we went back into the river, plenty of decent Whiting, and Doggies in the river, but not really what my party wanted, so we decided to knock it on the head and hour early and put an extra hour on their next trip on the 5th December, when hopefully the weather will be kinder to us and they can have their extra hours fishing caching Cod..!!!!
Well not out today (Sunday 8th Dec) by choice, we are going to Norfolk to see my Daughter Michelle for a great show in the afternoon, and a massive fireworks display in the evening at Potters leisure where she works, then a lovely meal at the Black Rock restaurant, and probably stay over and return tomorrow.
I have ... rightly or wrongly.... (i think rightly) cancelled Monday's trip looking at the weather, so we are putting it back to Thursday or Friday when the weather looks much better......!!
Well that's it for now, hope you all have good fishing wherever you are fishing from today, and looks much better out there today so..... tight lines...!! -

Fishing Report by Malcolm Collins
on Just Mary (Christchurch, Dorset)
7 Nov 2015 by Malcolm Collins
Report on-board Just Mary
Hi All, with what looks like a run of mild November weather bringing strong South Westerly winds and rain from the Atlantic up the English Channel then at this present time this month of November looks like it could be a poor one for getting out afloat. Having cancelled today, Sat. 7th and tomorrow, Sun. 8th, then looking at the long range forecast on several different Internet sites it is difficult to see when the next settled spell of weather will come. One such site, www.windyty.com is giving this current weather for the next ten days. So if I cancel your trip then don't be surprised even though we don't normally 'pull the plug' until the day before any planned booking having seen the 24 hour forecast for your chosen day. I can do many things, find you decent fish, tie your rigs for you, and even make decent tea and coffee but I haven't yet managed to alter the weather that the Big Man gives us. So be patient and when the weather improves we will be out there 'on the fish' again, in the meantime I wish you all the best and hope to see you soon, regards, Malc, 'Just Mary', Poole.

Report on-board Spirit of Adventure
Great Trip out Thursday 5th Nov. Two very keen Romanian Anglers (fly fishermen) catching 10lb Pollock on light gear. A few cod and saithe adding to the mix. Weather has been very good so far this Autumn, a few windy days ahead, but there still looks like some fine fishing weather coming this month. Not very many folk around these parts in November, so we are happy to do deals, just to get the boat out of the harbour! Get in touch if you want to fish this winter.

Fishing Report by Ross Parham
on Spot On! (Brixham, Devon)
Nov 2015 by Ross Parham
Report on-board Spot On!
October has been a varied month with warm weather and sometimes feeling more like summer, especially when the Cod have been playing ball like they have been all year this year.
View Boats Page
Wrecking has been simply fantastic with great numbers of cod, Pollock, ling and bass making up the main sport, although some nice size tub and red gurnards have been taking the sidewinder also which makes for a nice surprise.
Bassing has also been strong with some trips landing lots up to the 5-6lb mark also on sidewinders and wedges.
The skerries continued to fish strong for plaice and rays with only one trip there in October the plaice not being quite as abundant as summer months but with plumper specimen's landed instead.
Spot On managed one last trip to Guernsey in October and what away to finish for this year, lots of prime Black Bream in the region of 2-3lb size around the islands, along with turbot and brill although only small with a handful of keepers.
The wrecking on the way hoe proved again the highlight with large Pollock on the first wreck but it was cod the lads wanted so off I went again and bingo, on the money again with another wreck producing a fish for every angler every drift, a nice end to 2015 Guernsey trips and I look forward to next years trips already.
Spot on has managed one wrecking trip in November so far due to the strong winds we have been having and it seems the Pollock have moved in as they were first on the lures and for the first time in many months just a hand full of cod and lots of Pollock made up the numbers, bait over slack produced some excellent ling fishing with the biggest going 31lb 5oz for Len from Liverpool.
November sees the season winding down for Spot On with Pollock being the target species before the boat comes out early December for a clean, scrub and tidy up ready for the winter Pollock in January 2016.
Bookings for next year have gone crazy and I would like to thank all my anglers for supporting myself and Spot On and enjoying the great Devon fishing town of Brixham, your support is appreciated and I enjoy fishing with you.
A big Thanks again for my sponsor's SIDEWINDER LURE'S and TOP RIG'S as without your great products these fish would simply not be possible.
This Saturday 7th November see's myself attend the Torbay festival presentation for myself to pick up the top skipper award.
(Making statement that Spot On is once again BRIXHAM's top charter boat for the second year running in this event.)
Pictured is the Exmouth crew on there channel island trip to Guernsey in October and don't they all look smart in there Spot On hoodies. -

Report on-board Flamer IV
John Collings age 30 from Milton Keynes got a bigger fish than he bargained for while drifting for Plaice aboard Flamer IV when an Undulate Ray weighing 19Ib grabbed his ragworm and squid strip bait. The size 1/0 Sakuma Stinger hook stood up to the task and after a 10 minute struggle the big Undulate was brought to the boat. The ray was weighed, photographed and returned alive. John is pictured with his Superb 19Ib Undulate.
